Mineral Rights Leasing - Assisting Your Land Development

Mineral Rights Goal

Our goal is to help mineral rights owners such as ranchers and farmers, advertise and seek out the development of their properties. Currently there exists a void between property owners and the energy/mining companies they are trying to attract. Traditionally, when an oil or mining company is interested in a piece of land, they are the ones who hunt down the property owners and negotiate the extraction of their resources.

However, TWO major shifts are currently underway which are changing the mineral exploration world forever:

  1. Commodities Boom: The first of these is The Commodities BOOM. Because of the recent growth in developing countries like China and India, commodities like oil, steel, gold and uranium are becoming increasingly scarce and therefore more valuable every day.

  2. Technology Advancements: Secondly, new advancements in technology make it possible to extract minerals in areas that previously weren't feasible. For example in the Barnett Shale area of North-Central Texas, and the Bakken Shale area of North Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota, only recently have we had the prices necessary and the technology available to produce oil from formations we've known about for decades.

Other newly unlocked hot spots in the country include the Woodford Shale in SW Oklahoma; the Fayetteville Shale in Arkansas; Indiana Shales; the Marcellus Shale in West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and New York; and the Haynesville Shale of the area around NW Louisiana.

These two forces have combined to start the drilling and mining booms. Every energy/mining company in the U.S. is actively looking to increase property holdings as quickly as possible. Of course these properties must have potential to appeal to companies, and that is where we come into play. We help Energy and Mining companies find mineral rights which are available to lease. Under the right conditions, these landowners can expect to become fabulously wealthy.

Note on Property Listings: To maximize your listing potential, it is very important that we receive a full legal description of your property. This should include Township, Range, Section, and part for most states; or abstracts, map #'s, parcel numbers, blocks, or surveys for other states. The resource companies need to be able to find your land on their maps to do the initial phases of research to become interested in your acreage. Thank You!
